7. Third-Party Services
The app integrates with third-party services like Yelp Fusion API and affiliate networks. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your account data may be deleted.
9. Limitation of Liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to indirect or consequential damages.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of California.
